Order Fulfillment Policy

This includes SEO reports, optimized content, marketing strategies, analytics data, and related deliverables. These are shared via email, secure customer dashboards, or other agreed-upon online platforms.

  • Delivery Timeline: Fulfillment timelines are clearly outlined in each client’s service agreement. Milestones are typically delivered on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the scope of work.
  • Service Updates: Clients will receive regular updates and access to progress reports to track the delivery of services.
  • No Physical Shipping: Since our services are entirely digital, there are no shipping or handling fees.
 
 

Refund Policy

We provide non-tangible, irrevocable services and therefore do not offer refunds once the initial 30 days of a project are complete. The start date is defined as the date of the first payment.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances during the first 30 days. To inquire about eligibility, please contact us at rank@guaranteedseoservices.io. Refunds requested after this period will not be processed.

 

Return Policy and Process

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription-based services or ongoing projects by providing a written notice to rank@guaranteedseoservices.io.

    • For subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent month.
    • For project-based services, cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Work completed up until the cancellation date is non-refundable.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

Since all our products and services are digital, there are no physical goods to ship. Deliverables, such as reports and optimized content, are sent electronically to the contact email provided by the client during onboarding.
